Registration for the 2010 SC Formative Assessment Conference provides you with access to nearly 50 breakout sessions, exciting keynote presentations, admission to our exhibit hall, and much more.
 
Registration is now open for the 8th Annual SC Formative Assessment Conference; you may register in one of two ways:

1. Fill in the registration form online by clicking HERE. Remit payment via check or purchase order to Tom Pritchard, Horry County Schools, Office of Assessment & Accountability Services, 335 Four Mile Road, PO Box 260005, Conway, SC 29528. An invoice will be generated and emailed to the contact person on the online registration form.
    
2. Download the registration form by clicking HERE. Print out the form, fill it out at your leisure, and mail it in to Tom Pritchard, Horry County Schools, Office of Assessment & Accountability Services, 335 Four Mile Road, PO Box 260005, Conway, SC 29528.
