Registration is now open for the 9th Annual SC Formative Assessment Conference!

Fill in our online registration form. Remit payment via check or purchase order to SC Formative Assessment Conference, c/o SC MAP Foundation, PO Box 13117, Florence, South Carolina 29504-3117. An invoice will be generated and emailed to the contact person on the online registration form. All checks should be made out to the, "SC Formative Assessment Conference." The IRS tax identification number will be provided on the invoice after registration.
